Our client needed an HRMS that could easily handle workforce management.  Key features integrated into the HRMS include robust personnel information management, leave and attendance tracking, automated leave requests and approvals, seamless payroll processing and lunch break management tools, providing a structured approach to monitor and optimise schedules. The system also includes advanced reporting tools, fostering data-driven decision-making for HR professionals.
